The new Subaru Impreza WRX STi is a car designed ecifically for the car pa ionate ones who know how

The new Subaru Impreza WRX STi is a car designed ecifically for the car pa ionate ones who know how to a reciate a dashing design and an excellent use of the newest WRX parts. The lines on the older model were a bit stiff, but they have become more curved. This change is easily noticeable in the headlight area. It has the old aileron that covers almost the entire trunk, as well as a discrete one over the field gla . The ventilation on the hood is in the same position, but is a little smaller than the old one.

The design and the materials used on the i ide are in the same artan style: nothing more than needed. The i ide WRX parts include manually adjustable air conditioning, a ca ette player and a CD player. In other words what you see is what you get and yet there is so much elegance beneath such an austere look.

The engine is a SUBARU BOXER 2.0 turbo engine, developing an impre ive torque of 400 Nm. To get from zero to 100 kilometers per hour, the WRX STi needs no more than 5.5 seconds. The quickne with which a 1.495-kilogram car can take off is truly impre ive even in the eyes of those who do not know so many details about cars and their design and components.

One of the greatest advantages of the Subaru WRX STi is integral traction. The WRX parts combined with 4x4 traction tires ecifically designed for rallies, and slicks lead to zero lo of adherence and to a breathtaking departure. The driver can change the balance of traction as it pleases him. The WRX STi can go to a percent on 30% in the front and 70% in the rear wheels.

The stability and the direction of the WRX STi are flawle , as one might have rightfully expected it. The driver can take each curve at the desired eed and the car obeys without any objectio . The Subaru Impreza WRX STi is a car designed for the ones who really know how to drive and enjoy it. They will enjoy even more such an activity with a car that obeys them so smoothly.

As expected, the WRX exhaust system has also undergone some cosmetic changes. It is more modern, and, of course, it is available in a large variety of optio . The WRX exhaust seems to have that design ecifically intended to complete the elegance of the orts cars. Naturally, the WRX exhaust system uses the best materials available on the market, the same as the rest of the WRX parts. The engineering of the WRX exhaust system aims ecifically at meeting the demands of such a high horse-power vehicle and you can rightfully a ume that these demands are in under no circumstances small.

The WRX STi is a car designed for races. Its design fits the old racecar model, but drivers can control it in perfect conditio on as well as off road. In addition, when looking at the costs involved by the purchase of this car, you will remain thrilled with the pleasant surprise. The price varies between $25.000 and $33.000, so orts fa do not have to end a lot of money in order to buy an excellent and elegant orts car.

Youll find them a olutely everywhere acro the capital. Take Away eateries are commo lace in just about every High Street, Parade or Station a roach in the outskirts of London. But I know what youre thinking they all sell the same greasy food, but under a different name (often a variant of the words Charcoal, Grill, Kebab or Fish Bar). And youre right a lot of them do serve very average food, simply because the attitude is that the prices are low, its fast food, and therefore it doe t have to be great quality. An example I like to illustrate with is the salad that they serve at Kebab centre watery and bland, this is simply to compliment the meat. One could also see it as a half-hearted attempt to read the balance between meat and the more healthy option of vegetables. One thing IS for sure contrary to popular belief, you can find a few gems hidden amongst the trash.

The first time I went to Efes,13 Chatterton Road, Bromley I didnt expect miracles. It looked like quite an ordinary kebab house from the outside, but when I sat down with my large dner and chi and started eating, things took a great turn. I can honestly say, I have never tasted kebab meat like that before. The chilli sauce drizzled over the shish complimented the juicy, succulent stri of lamb perfectly. As for the chi , they were just as I like them thin, cri and relatively free of grease. As a co equence of this positive eating experience, I have recommended it to other friends who share a love for quality keba .

Next up is the small chain Sali urys, who have takeaways in Bromley, Biggin Hill, Clapham and Whyteleafe (Surrey). In a similar se e to Tom Bells (another Bromley-based chain), you can be sure that your order of Fish and Chi will be well above the average standard. A lot of Kebab houses have a Fish and Chip option available to customers, but the same quality and traditional taste will not be there. It is often best, if you are looking for a satisfying Chi y, to go to those who ecialise in the cuisine whether you like it or not, there is a certain method to cooking fish and chi that separates the real McCoy from a charlatan (or those who simply couldnt care le !). On average, a meal from Sali urys will set you back 5. A good selection of fish is available on the menu; cod, rock, plaice, skate, scampi and so on.

If youre looking for more of a sit-down Fish and Chi meal within a restaurant setting, I would greatly recommend the chain Superfish. With seven fully lice ed restaurants (with the exception of the branch in Cheam), each come with ample seating and accept Visa and Mastercards. As a family run busine with 30 years experience serving quality fish and chi , this is a great place for those who a reciate deep-fried or grilled fish (grills are available at most branches, offering rai ow trout, swordfish steak and dover sole).

Should the safety bonds aim at guaranteeing payments and various other financial tra actio or shoul

Should the safety bonds aim at guaranteeing payments and various other financial tra actio or should they make the parts who sign the contract perform a number of tasks or fulfill certain duties, it is a commonly known fact that the surety bonds cover a large variety of forms. No matter the purpose to serve, surety bonds are always the most a ropriate legal solution to adopt.

Surety bonds are in fact legal documents that guarantee that an obligation will be properly satisfied. If not, a certain penalty will be paid by the surety company. The person who sig a surety bond has to be sure he or she can pay back the surety company in case of a financial lo . Surety bonds are usually undertaken and managed by i urance agents, even though they are not i urance, and can take many forms.

The two main categories of surety bonds include the contract surety bonds and the commercial surety bonds. The performance bonds, bid bonds, payment bonds, maintenance bonds and subdivision bonds are contract surety bonds and provide financial security and co truction a urance on co truction projects by guaranteeing to the obligee that the principal will perform the work and pay certain subcontractors, workers and material su liers. On the other hand, the lice e and permit bonds, judicial and probate bonds, public official bonds and federal bonds are included in the commercial surety bonds category and guarantee performance by the principal of the obligation or undertaking described in the bond. The mortgage broker bonds are some of the most commonly used surety bonds and are included in the commercial surety bonds category.

This particular type of bond is imposed by state law and gives the brokers or lenders the o ortunity to legally lead their activity. Not every person knows that mortgage banker bonds refer to lice e and permit bonds that are required for mortgage brokers who are also members of the i titutio that finance the loan, while mortgage broker bonds are only designed for brokers, not for perso who are also lending the funds.

Each state has its own rules regarding the mortgage broker bonds and it would be a good idea to know what a certain state requires, before closing such a bond. There are many agencies providing efficient and affordable mortgage broker bond services, so do not rush when choosing the best bonding agency.

Interest rates are rising. News reports tell of increasing home sales and mortgage foreclosures. You're financially stable, but are keeping an eye on interest rates. A great way to save money on interest is to refinance to a 15 year mortgage. Of course, your payments will be higher, but in the long run, you will a co iderable amount of money on interest. .

Loan Term Determines Interest Savings

If you've had your home for a few years, and want to refinance a 15 year fixed rate mortgage can give you peace of mind along wit significant savings. Your loan will be fully amortized, and the interest rate will not be subject to adjustment. Your principal and interest payment (P

If you are having trouble paying your current mortgage, or you think that you are not receiving the best deal you po ibly can, then perha it is time to think about a remortgage. However, many people are u ure about the relative benefits and problems of a remortgage. Here are some useful ti to help you decide if remortgaging is right for you:

What is a remortgage?

A remortgage is when you replace your existing mortgage loan with a new one from either the same lender or a new lending company. This is usually done to reduce monthly payments or to release home equity. Remortgaging is usually carried out through a remortgage broker.

Remortgaging for lower payments

One of the most common reaso to remortgage is to get lower monthly payments than you do now. If you are struggling right now to pay off your monthly payments, then you need to look for a better deal. If you can find one, then ask your current mortgage lender if they can match this, as they would prefer to keep you as a customer at a lower rate than lose you altogether. If they ca ot match the rate, then you should look at remortgaging at the better rate.

Remortgaging to release equity

Another reason why people remortgage is to get hold of some extra money by releasing the equity they have built up in their property. This mea that you borrow more than your current mortgage debt to release the money you have already paid into the property. This is e ecially useful if your property has gone up in price or if you have paid off a large percentage of your mortgage. It is like getting out a loan, but the rates are low as they are part of the remortgage.

Benefits

Of course, the main advantage of getting a remortgage is that you can reduce your monthly payments. This might help you be more financially stable and secure, as you dont have to struggle to meet the payments. Remortgaging can also free up money through releasing equity, which could help you to make home improvements or to clear other debts.

Pitfalls

One thing that you should look at before remortgaging is whether or not it is really right for you. There are a number of costs involved, such as legal fees and penalties for changing mortgages. These fees can add up and might be more than you can afford. Also, if you borrow more money or you get lower monthly payments, it most likely mea you will be paying the money back for a longer period of time. Although it may seem helpful now, you will probably end up paying more long-term, and if you are still paying the money back when you retired you might be left unable to make the payments.
Remortgaging can help you if you are struggling with payments or you need to free up some money. However, you should think carefully about whether or not remortgaging will be beneficial to you in the long-term.

The dry basin of post-glacial Lake Iroquois is where you will find the Toronto, Canada community fondly known as the A ex. The community was given its name by Simeon Janes in 1886 when he surveyed the land that would make up the community. Before the A ex was surveyed, it was part of the province of Yorkville which was a municipal village. Due to rising costs of services, the residents of Yorkville agreed to a ex to the City of Toronto thus creating the need for surveyors and a new name.

While development did occur in the A ex, it was slow in coming since the area was favored as a residential community. High-cla residences abounded here and any addre located in the A ex was co idered to be a prestigious one. Today, the A ex is still favored as a residential area although some fingers of the city have reached into the community.
Most of the homes in the A ex were built in two waves, from 1880 to 1910 and from 1910 to 1930, using architectural styles ranging from Victorian and Queen A e to English Cottage and Georgian. Many homes feature sandstone from the nearby Credit River.

After a street co truction project in 1952 cut off some of the residents of the A ex from the main segment of the community, residents of the A ex recognized the need for an organization to preserve the rich heritage of the community. Two organizatio were formed: the West A ex Neighbourhood A ociation and the East Neighbourhood A ociation. These two organizatio joined the A ex Ratepayers A ociation in 1960 to form the A ex Residents A ociation.

During the 1970s, disaster loomed again as another street project threatened the A ex. The project, if completed, would wipe out several residential blocks and increase through traffic. The fight was fierce but the A ex Residents A ociation won the battle and the project was cancelled.

Today, the A ex is much as it was years ago with gorgeous historical architecture and a diverse demographic. It is also just ste away from all of the conveniences of downtown Toronto.

"Leadership is unlocking people's potential to become better." - Bill Bradley

You come into work one hour early and you leave two hours late. You handle your day-to-day duties like a well-oiled machine, expeditiously knocking out tasks like Mike Tyson (early career, of course). On top of that, you accept every ecial project the bo farms out, and you nail it. You're a sure bet for that promotion now, right? Don't kid yourself.

It usually takes more than "keeping your nose to the grindstone" to move up in the corporate world. Succe in the workplace (and anywhere in life) is all about the intangibles.

Network - The farther up the career ladder you go, the more important this skill becomes. As such, you may as well start sharpening them now. Networking is not only the most effective way to search for employment, it is also the best way to develop solid foundational relatio hi with people who can help you move up the chain of command. The best way begin such a relatio hip is to offer value to someone with no expectation of an immediately returned favor. But be careful to begin building this goodwill well before you are actively looking for a helping hand. This way, you don't come acro as a user. What goes around does come around, but it is better for it to travel a longer distance before it does.

Establishing relatio hi in social settings are a great way to personalize your network. When invited to ha y hour on Friday, make it a point to go if the right contacts are also going to be present. You want to be sure to do more listening than talking at the start. Get a feel for the type of group you are out with, as well as the networking target's role in the group. Is the conversation light or topical and controversial? Feel your way though the communicatio maze to e ure a smooth tra ition to linking up with your target networking contacts.

Make a Decision - It is usually the nature of most people to let someone else make big decisio for fear of the co equences if things do not go as pla ed. If this is you, then that has to change NOW! The farther up the ladder you go, the bigger the decisio will be. If you are afraid to make them now as a member of four-person project team, how can you po ibly make them as a manager of 5 different project teams?

Every chance you get, take the lead on projects and team-structured duties. Put your personal stamp on things and tactfully make certain that the right people know about it. Don't worry; most of the people you are working will gladly let you do so. They'll want no part of explaining why something was done, or why a decision was made. As long as your actio match up properly with the project purpose and the department/company mi ion, you can defend it.

ASK FOR IT - Whether there is a live opening up for gra or nothing on the immediate horizon, your management team should be made aware of your desire to move up the chain of command and accept re o ibility. Throw your hat in the ring and don't sit back waiting for someone to recognize you as a legitimate candidate. Overseeing your career growth is usually not very high on your management team's "To-Do" list. This is in every way your re o ibility.

Ask you management team what it will take for you to move up. Is there additional training that they feel you need? Do they feel you are not showing enough initiative? Get the information straight from the source and leave nothing to chance.

When you seek a promotion, you are seeking addition leadership and re o ibility and this mea additional risk. You have to be ready to deal with decisio that don't pan out. Remember - you can't steal second base if your foot is still on first.

A cla ic car revival has been sweeping the continent for the last decade, bringing new enthusiasm both for cla ic cars and the latest models of certain cla ics as companies roll them out. The Grand Prix from Pontiac is one of the few muscle cars that has enjoyed continuous production since it first came on the market in 1962. Today the Grand Prix is Pontiacs largest car, with modern i ovatio in power drive and emi io making it cutting edge technology.

As with most muscle cars developed in the 60s and right through the 90s, though, the Grand Prix lacked an efficient system which would generate the power it needed in order to be truly impre ive without costing an arm and a leg when it came to fuel. Not only the Grand Prix, but virtually every other model of muscle car suffered in popularity not due to a lack of enthusiasm over form or power, but simply due to practicality.

Today, it is po ible to breathe new life into your cla ic Grand Prix by fitting it with an after market turbo charger or turbo charging kit. The intake pre ure of standard cylinders is determined by the atmo here, whereas a turbocharger puts more control into the hands of the vehicle owner. Turbo chargers work through forced inductio a compre or forces more air into the cylinder at the intake point. Because there more air, there is also capacity to burn more fuel, which will allow the car to achieve more power per compre ion.

Turbochargers are more efficient than other power boosts such as superchargers as they use the emi io of the engine to drive the turbine, rather than a belt that is co ected to the engine. Belts nece arily take away some of the power from the engine overall; the use of the exhaust to drive the charger mea that i tead of taking power out of the equation, the mechanism is effectively recycling an already occurring by-product.

In order to truly breathe new life into that Grand Prix, you will need to make sure that the engine does not waste power due to back flow; thus the need of the entire turbo charger kit. Kits are designed to reduce backflow around tur in the exhaust system through waste gates and bends in the pipes. Too many bends mean a lot of different welds, increasing the chance of leaking exhaust gases and a resultant lo of power, but a kit which incorporates only one or two bends will mean le po ibility of leakage.

If youre looking for an efficient way to bring the power back in your Grand Prix, a turbo charger is a good way to go. Youll be able to use more fuel in a cycle, and the fact that the charger uses the emi io to run mea that there is no compromise in terms of power output.

A real estate a raisal is a service performed, by an a raiser, that develo an opinion of value base

A real estate a raisal is a service performed, by an a raiser, that develo an opinion of value based upon the highest and best use of real property. The highest and best use is that use which produces the highest po ible value for the property. This use must be profitable and probable. Also of importance is the definition of the type of value being developed and this must be included in the a raisal, ie fair market value, condemnation value, quick sale value, etc. For improved residential property, this value is most often reported on a standardized form, the Uniform Residential A raisal Report.

In the UK, real estate a raisal is known as property valuation and a real estate a raiser is a property valuation surveyor. Property valuation in the UK is regulated by the Royal I titution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a profe ional body encompa ing all of the building and property-related profe io . The RICS profe ional guidelines for valuers are published in the Red Book.

The reader should be aware that differences in nomenclature exist between the different countries. Although the overall concepts are very similar, the reader should be careful to ascertain that the proper nomenclature is being used for their particular area.

Types of value
There are several types and definitio of value sought by a real estate a raisal. Some of the most common are listed:

Market Value The price at which an a et would trade in a competitive Walrasian auction setting. Market value is usually interchangeable with fair market value or fair value. The legal definition of market value is usually given by some variant of the following: "The most probable price at which a property would trade in an arms-length tra action in a competitive and open market, in which the buyer and seller each act prudently and knowledgeably and in which the price is not affected by any ecial relatio hip between them".
Value-in-use The net present value ( V) of a cash flow that an a et generates for a ecific owner under a ecific use. Value-in-use is the value to one particular user, which may be above or below the fair market value of a property.
Investment value - is the value to one particular investor, which may be above or below the fair market value of a property.
I urable value - is the value of real property covered by an i urance policy. Generally it does not include the site value.
It is important to distinguish between market value and price. A price obtained for a ecific property under a ecific tra action may or may not represent that property's market value: ecial co ideratio may have been present, such as a family relatio hip between the buyer and seller, or else the tra action may have been part of a larger set of tra actio in which the parties had engaged. Another po ibility is that a ecific buyer would be willing to pay a price higher than the market value. Such situatio often arise in corporate finance, as per example when a merger or acquisition is concluded at a price which is higher than the value represented by the price of the underlying stock. The usual rationale for these valuatio is that the 'sum is greater than its parts', since full ownership of a company entails ecial privileges for the buyer for which he is willing to pay. Such situatio arise in real estate/property markets as well (see value-in-use). It is the task of the real estate a raiser/property valuer to judge whether a certain price obtained under a certain tra action is indicative of market value.

Market value definitio in the US
In the US, "Fair Market Value" and "Fair Value" are commonly used as accounting terms. The equivalent a raisal term is "Market Value." (U AP Advisory Opinion 8.) U AP defines Market Value as "a type of value, stated as an opinion, that presumes the tra fer of a property (i.e., a right of ownership or a bundle of such rights), as of a certain date, under ecific conditio set forth in the definition of the term identified by the a raiser as a licable in an a raisal".

Forming an opinion of market value is the purpose of many real property a raisal a ignments, particularly when the clients intended use includes more than one intended user. The conditio included in market value definitio establish market per ectives for development of the opinion. These conditio may vary from definition to definition but generally fall into three categories:

1) The relatio hip, knowledge, and motivation of the parties (i.e., seller and buyer);
2) The terms of sale (e.g., cash, cash equivalent, or other terms); and
3) The conditio of sale (e.g., exposure in a competitive market for a reasonable time prior to sale).
(Definitio : U AP 2005.)
In the US, a typical definition of market value can be found on the FNMA residential a raisal forms, as the FNMA 1025, which states the following:

DEFINITION OF MARKET VALUE: The most probable price which a property should bring in a competitive and open market under all conditio requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller, each acting prudently, knowledgeably and a uming the price is not affected by undue stimulus. Implicit in this definition is the co ummation of a sale as of a ecified date and the pa ing of title from seller to buyer under conditio whereby: (1) buyer and seller are typically motivated; (2) both parties are well informed or well advised, and each acting in what he or she co iders his or her own best interest; (3) a reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open market; (4) payment is made in terms of cash in U. S. dollars or in terms of financial arrangements comparable thereto; and (5) the price represents the normal co ideration for the property sold unaffected by ecial or creative financing or sales conce io * granted by anyone a ociated with the sale.
'*'Adjustments to the comparables must be made for ecial or creative financing or sales conce io . No adjustments are nece ary for those costs which are normally paid by sellers as a result of tradition or law in a market area; these costs are readily identifiable since the seller pays these costs in virtually all sales tra actio . ecial or creative financing adjustments can be made to the comparable property by compariso to financing terms offered by a third party i titutional lender that is not already involved in the property or tra action. Any adjustment should not be calculated on a mechanical dollar for dollar cost of the financing or conce ion but the dollar amount of any adjustment should a roximate the markets reaction to the financing or conce io based on the a raisers judgment.(FNMA form 1025, March 2005.)

Overseas property investors are increasingly being influenced in their choices on the basis of their travel preferences.

Kate Hamilton, editor of property magazine Homes Overseas, claimed that enjoyable holidays often encourage people to buy property in certain countries, leading to a correlation between tourism levels and property demand.

This is evident in the Bulgarian property market, as housing demand and tourist activity have both been steadily climbing in recent years.

Ms Hamilton explained: "We are seeing more and more investors moving into the market but even if people are just buying as a holiday home I think they do it with a view of long term investment in mind.

"A lot of people are buying houses that can fill a lot of criteria. They will buy with a view of getting good cheap and longer holidays in the meantime and they may plan to retire there in later years and all that time they are hoping that it''s making money for them as well."

If Ms Hamilton''s opinion proves to be accurate, demand for Bulgarian property is set to continue to increase in the near future, as tourism is expected to grow in the country next year.

Online travel company Opodo named Bulgaria as its number one upcoming destination for 2007 in a recent study and said that bookings to the country have risen by 40 per cent in the last six months.

A recent article at BuddyTv got me thinking: is Cs mega Succe ful new series HEROES a stroke of gen

A recent article at BuddyTv got me thinking: is Cs mega Succe ful new series HEROES a stroke of genius, or an unta ed vein in a very old gold-mine. The piece, Heroes: What Took So Long? attributed the succe of Heroes to an evolution of the super-hero mythology, from the nuclear-age wonders of Marvel in their andex and futuristic stealth planes, to the grungy streets of New York were heroin addled comic artists unwittingly tell the future, and crooked politicia su re their ability to fly.

The a eal of Heroes as this gritty, hyper-realistic departure, is in fact not new. The concept of taking heroes and making them real is actually not so new at all. One need look no further then the world of graphic novels to get their first look at this trend.

In the late 80s, through the 90s, the world of graphic novels became a realm where writers were free to take many liberties with the characters since graphic novels were not co idered a part of the continuity of the characters monthly lines. The results were interesting indeed.

Some titles, like Frank Millers Bat Man: The Dark Knight Retur , which featured a middle aged and ailing Bruce Wayne emerging from retirement, staked their claim on the realism of their books. In the world of Frank Miller, the a earance of Super Powered heroes was nearly surreal next to Bat Ma arthritic escapades. Those with powers were corrupted by it, only the everymen, like Bruce Wayne, still knew what Justice stood for.

In another universe, Heroes could be co idered a prequel to Alan Moores watchmen. Yet another alternate universe book; this time with a group of heroes weve never heard of who react with the politics and laws of their world much in the same way the heroes of Heroes do. With shame, self loathing, and intoxicating virility.

So while I agree that BuddyTV has brought something new to the screen, the gritty realism of the Graphic Novel, I, like any comic fan, would disagree that it has brought anything new to the world of Heroes.

It seems like everybody is chatting about laser hair removal. There have been plenty of claims about this procedure, in particular that it's awfully real at removing hair permanently. After all, laser hair removal se io outlay around $500 on average, and you can regularly expect to have up to four treatments.

We hope that the first part of this article as brought you a lot of much needed information on the subject at hand.

But economic resources aren't the only thing you must to co ider. In fact, your tint is even more important. It's tint that gives paint to your skin and hair. This will help the laser to bypa the colder skin and give it a better chance of triumph the melanin in the hair follicle.

Another way to keep the skin cool is to use multi pulsing laser technology, which is a somewhat recent development. In this proce , the laser energy is interrupted or pulsed, slightly than streamed. Because of this, the laser delivers minus stage each time, so the skin kee cool and is better protected. One thing to remember when choosing your keyword for search engine optimization, is that the internet users know what they are looking for. Using an example of real estate, people know where they want to buy a house, not just the fact that they want to buy a house. Learning this can greatly increase your succe .

Take the word Michigan Real Estate If we search in Google we find 111,000,000 competing sites. All of these pages are fighting for 25,550 search queries according to Overture. That is a lot of competition. And depending on what you do, this keyword is so broad that it may not even be a relevant searcher that finds you. This is a big state and the change that you sell real estate in the area the web search is looking is very small.

Now lets look as some more ecific searchs.

According to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commi ion warning, Investors in pe y stocks should be prepared for the po ibility that they may lose their whole investment." Its probably justified. Theres no doubt that true pe y stocks are among the surest ways to lose all your money in the stock market.

But, that being the case, why do so many investors love pe y stocks? If you type pe y stocks" into Google it its out more than 8.5-million hits. If you do the same for blue-chip stocks" you get about half that number and if you type in dividend-paying stocks" you get about half that again.

The folks at Fool.com reckon its because the world of pe ies is inhabited by hardworking average Joes hoping to strike it rich, pumpers and dumpers, hypesters and scammers. In pe ies, the logic and reason that a lies in the rest of daily life is replaced by zeal and prayer.

But there may be another reason. And that is that the rest of the stock market can be so utterly boring. Lets face it, unle youve got huge amounts of money on the line, how excited can you get when one of your blue chi has a really big day and moves up 1.5%? A pe y stock can easily double in price in a matter of days. What are the chances of an Anglo [Nasdaq:AAUK] or a Billiton [NYSE:BHP] doing that in a couple of years?

And, while it must be said that buying some pe y stocks may be more akin to picking up a lotto ticket on the way home from work than making a rational investment decision, thats not to say that you shouldnt go looking for big retur from a pe y stock with a reasonable amount of cash, no debt and a CEO - or better still, a CEO/founder - who has a su tantial ownership in the busine .

Yes, they are the exception. And, yes, of course, they are hard to find. But the point is this: provided youre willing to put in the effort and you understand that this is a high-risk area that certainly i t going to suit everyone - in other words, that you fully understand what youre getting into - you shouldnt let anyone di uade you from buying a pe y stock simply because it is a pe y stock.

The thing to remember is not to take a chance on something you dont understand.

Even though there are many types of credit cards out there for co umers, there are few for those with bad credit. Those who are looking to repair their credit have a few optio available, one of which is the bank secured credit card. This credit card can help you to repair your credit, as it works in conjunction with your savings or checking account.

Bank secured credit cards look and work just like traditional credit cards, although they use your bank account as collateral. Anytime you arent able to pay your credit card bill at the due date, the bank will take the money out of your account. This way, there is always money there for the bank, in the event that you are unable to make your payment.

Bank secured credit cards are also ideal for those who have a bankruptcy or simply dont qualify for a line of credit due to bad credit or no credit history. These credit cards show your bank that you are able to pay your monthly dues, and that you are taking the nece ary ste in rebuilding or building your credit. Over time, if you remain re o ible and pay your bill on time, your bank may give you an u ecured line of credit - known as a standard credit card with no collateral.

Due to the fact that bank secured credit cards only allow you to end what have in your account, you dont need to worry about debt. When you cant make a payment, the bank simply takes the money out of your account. Although this is a great back up plan, you should always pay your bill and never let this ha en.

Just like other credit cards, bank secured credit cards do have disadvantages that can hit you like a ton of bricks should you use the card irre o ibly. Anytime you dont pay your bill on time, the bank can hit you with high interest charges and late charges. These charges and fees can get higher and higher if you dont start paying your bill, which can eventually cause you to drain your account that you set aside. If you pay your bill on time though, you wont have to worry about being hit with these types of charges.

For those who have bad credit or need to start building credit, a bank secured credit card is a great place to start. These cards can lead you to an u ecured credit card, providing you pay your bill on time. Almost all banks offer these credit cards, all you have to do is ask. Once you have kept your credit card in good standing for a period of time - youll have the satisfaction in knowing that you are taking the right ste in rebuilding your credit.

You can find the best choice of credit cards and pre-paid cards at www.CreditCards.us (http://www.creditcards.us)

Several times, using his skill of disguise, dre ed in a prison guards uniform utilized two ladders carried acro the yard and when a ot light hit him he yelled out, Its ok and continued his escape without incident. Later, Sutton attributed the famous quote of Thats Where The Money Is to an inventive reporter embellishing a story. It was surmised that he had stolen around $2,000,000 over his career. Later on accountants would use this theory to focus on high cost areas as a target for savings. It was called the Willie Sutton Rule following where the money is as its basis. While serving a long prison term after his capture in 1952 and was serving a 105 sentence. With failing health, he was released in 1969 from Attica State Prison and died November 2, 1980 at age 79 in ring Hill, Florida. His legacy lives on.

Today, Willie Sutton, just arriving fresh out of the time machine, could be sitting in his home perha in his underwear with a wry smile that this new game was really better than any bank job. With hands read between the keyboard and mouse with a bent on Philsing and stealing as much money as po ible online. A cold one would be close by with a tasty ack. These bank teller windows are open 365 days 24 hours a day, their motto might be We never close. No more casing future jo , no need for cleaver disguises, no need to carry a gun, no get away car, no threat of shoot outs, no following opening and closing times of the bank, all that is needed is an Internet co ection and a computer. What a country!

There are many modern day Willie Sutto out there trying to separate citize from their hard earned money. It is likewise a worldwide ro ery in progre from the cafs from New Deli, from the depths of Asia or from anywhere in the world where anyone in cyber ace is a potential target for being fleeced of their money. Scams and co umer alerts go from low tech to major firewall crashing and intervention.

From Dum ter diving looking for your personal information to all sorts of scams. Identity theft is one of the fastest growing crimes in the U.S. today. The con artists are skilled at putting together believable scripts and stories that will play well to the u u ecting pigeon. The mark wakes up only after their bank accounts have been cleaned out or their credit cards maxed out.

The Identity Theft Resource Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to a isting citize in fighting scams. Some of the scams are summarized below:

Job Scams where you are asked to provide personal information including dates of birth and Social Security numbers. Some enterprising co posted employment ads to get a licants to share personal information that can be exploited. No job exists-the con is on.

Calls from credit card Representatives to verify unusual purchases and to verify your card by sharing the three-digit number code on the back of the card. This conversation follows after a lengthy discu ion on avoiding credit card scam. It is the scam. They already have your credit card number from other sources, only now they need the additional key to gate of your money.

Phisher scams involving using web page similar to your financial i titution or co umer retail store looking (logos and all) for pa words and personal information with Social Security numbers. This could be E-Bay, Best Buys, Discover, AOL, M , Earthlink, PayPal, and Bank of America, Providian and other banks such as Wells Fargo.

Sign In Rosters at schools and such where you list your Social Security and other personal information that can be ri ed off by any eyeball noting the information.

The famous Nigerian scam asking you to help them move money out of the country with a big reward to the facilitator. This total fraud has fleeced many citize of their door.

The Canadian/Netherlands Lottery touting that hey YOU WON. The new anish Lottery is now hot as well. Naturally, you will be asked to post some cash as good faith.

Promises of Free Credit Reports can be a scam with bills and such showing up later OR your information is utilized for a fleece job.

Offers of a FREE GIFT will usually lead to costing you as you share your information.

E mailing and forwarding Chain Letters hel the con collect your friends and contacts e-mail addre es to fleece them as well.

Offers to buy a CD on skip tracing someone anywhere is utilized to gather your credit card information that can be later used to rip you off.

Questio aires are a good device to gather personal information for Bad Purposes where Chat rooms for friends is a slick method to gather information on citize . Wont you be my friend?

Perso in acting as store security scams to catch a bad employee all the while noting the personal information of the target of identity theft.

Charities on the phone, who are skilled at raising money, call and prey on the good nature of the donors. Many times the charities get like 5% or le of monies collected plus your information is used to commit a later Fraud. A Do Not Call Verification representative calls to get verify personal information. This is done online or by mail, if ever.

A person gets a call from a clerk of the court regarding jury duty while verifying personal information. Again this is a scam. Normally, jury duty is noted by mail.

Additional scams are referred to as:

Disaster relief, FTC Warning Registry, IRS Scam, Ho ital Perso el, Pay Pal Verification-Phony, Credit Reporting Agencies ploy, Get Out Of Debt e-mail, and any new wrinkle with larceny in the hearts of the perpetrators of Identify Theft Scam.

When conducting online busine one must be very careful with personal and private information that can be turned around and used to the perpetrators advantage to screw the co umer. It is not limited to just the U.S. as mentioned, it is now a worldwide effort to pull a scam. With the U.S. being heavily wired on the Internet with good financial depth co umers are a focused target for exploitation.

Willie Sutton today would have a huge callous on his mouse hand with all the clicks and aming nece ary to separate the mark from their money. The mantra of Thats where the money is has shifted to a new paradigm with a focus on identify theft through low tech and high tech mea to rob people of their money by various mea . The new Willie Sutto of the world is dedicated to this venture and a co umer must be very careful in throwing around personal information. The difference in bank ro eries of the past by Slick Willie is that in this case co umers credit histories can be destroyed and ruptured requiring years to recover. Families can be destroyed, divorces ha en, bankruptcy can e ue and the dark hole of identify theft is entered. It is a destructive force in our country. Better safe guards and protectio are needed to solve this sometimes-heartbreaking crime. Breaking through firewalls and setting up shop on personal computers to steal pa words and establish a base to am the scam to other u u ecting co umers. Awarene and good set of radar ante ae are a good first line of defe e. It its too good to be trueyou already know.

Debt settlementis an aggre ive a roach to debt reduction, which is a ropriate for debtors with a serious amount of debt or who are co idering bankruptcy. Debt Settlement offers you a chance to reach a negotiated settlement with your creditors, paying back far le than you currently own.

Debt Settlement is a way to get out of debt in the shortest amount of time, and with the least amount of money without filing for bankruptcy. There are some drawbacks though. Debt Settlement will hurt your credit rating in the short term, because you must choose to go delinquent on your bills. However, because it will get you out of debt more rapidly than any other option aside from Bankruptcy, you can start to rebuild your credit rating sooner.

Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy can be the best choice for you, but it should be an option of last resort. It will hurt your credit rating severely and is not a pleasant proce to undertake and your bad credit record will remain on your credit report for 7-10 years.

Begin by building your documentation system. There are more than 300 tax deductio available to small busine owners. By converting many of your personal expe es into legitimate busine deductio , you can have a HUGE impact on you financial well being.
For example, lowering your expe es makes it easier to become financially free (or as Robert Kiyosaki says it "Get out of the Rat Race").

For those of you who are in debt, the money you save by paying the correct amount i tead of over-paying your taxes can be used to accelerate down your debt. For those who are looking for ways to put more into a retirement plan so that their financial future is secure, you can use the tax savings to fund your retirement.

Yet, learning additional deductio is only part of the proce . You have to maintain the proper documentation in order to su tantiate these deductio . If you don't properly document your deductio , you risk losing them in the event of an audit.
The Burden Of Proof

With all the court TV shows that are on, most people are familiar with the concept of Burden of Proof. Simply put, in a criminal case, we are i ocent until proven guilty. In other words, the burden of proof is on the state to prove our guilty.

However, when it comes to justifying your tax deductio , the burden of proof is on YOU, the taxpayer. IRS examiners are not required to help you keep your records. It is your re o ibility to prove and properly document them. The co equences of not following the tax laws are huge penalties. For example:

a) One-half of one percent a month delinquency penalty during the period that you fail to pay the proper amount of taxes

b) 20% of underpayment attributable to negligence or disregard of the rules or did not have a reasonable basis for the tax deductio

c) 75% of any underpayment attributable to fraud

d) You may not deduct some of the interests paid to the IRS, if they were due to a busine tax deduction on your Schedule C.

Tax Deduction Log

Yet an amazing thin ha e when you keep a tax log or tax diary. The burden of proof shifts from you, back to the IRS. I have heard story after story of IRS auditors cutting an audit short once the taxpayer has presented them with a complete tax log and documentation system.

Here are some Strategies to Master the Records Requirements (and have fun in the proce of maximizing your tax deductio ). Keep in mind that you easily delegate this work by teaching it to your a istant (C.A.) or book keeper.

1. Build a documentation system.

No matter what form of busine entity you have ('S' corporation, 'C' corporation, LLC, or, God-forbid, a sole proprietorship, you need three separate and distinct tax records. Permanent Files, Regular Files, and A daily diary.

Permanent Files: These include your prior year's tax retur , stock purchases and sales, equipment purchases, and sales and similar entries. Generally, you want to keep any record that relates to more than one tax year in your permanent file. If you purchase property, your permanent files should include the purchase documents, closing statements, deeds, and other expe es related to the purchase.

Regular Files: These include time sheets, invoices for part-time help, receipts, invoices, canceled checks and other corroborative evidence.

Daily Diary: Your daily diary, which can be your a ointment book, is the focal point of your documentation system. This is e ecially true if you operate a personal service busine . The smaller the busine is the more important this information becomes. Your daily diary should include: All of your a ointments, Where and when you travel, Where you go by automobile, and Where and when you entertain busine contacts.

2. Use Three-Part Checks

Keep a separate busine checkbook and use three-part checks. Regardle of your busine form, whether a corporation or sole-proprietorship (Ugh), the three-part check is nece ary to build good, easy to use records in your regular files.

a) Send part one, the original of the check to the vendor.
b) Staple su orting evidence (receipts or invoices) to part two and file it alphabetically in the vendor file.
c) Put part three in a numerical file for later viewing by the IRS (did somebody say audit??) and reference by you.

3. Keep form 1099 Information Separate

If you have both W-2 and 1099 income, keep your 1099 information separate. This includes the source(s) and amount of 1099 income and all of your busine expe es.
4. Keep a separate Tax log or Diary

To complete your documentation system, you must keep a separate tax log. This co ists of a permanent record that is separate from the receipts you keep for each item. I'll list the major busine expe es below and give examples of the documentation you should keep.

Home Office Deduction - You should take several pictures of your office (showing that it is separate from your living area) and keep them in a permanent file. You should also keep the printout from your realtor showing comparable cost of office ace in your area.

Meals Out - You should a wer the following five questio . Who? What? When? Where? Why? You can go high tech (an excel readsheet), low tech (a yellow pad) or medium tech (a word proce ing document). At the restaurant, I make a quick note on the credit card receipt. Three of the questio are already a wered, so the note often looks like this "Fred regarding his LLC". After returning from the restaurant, I give the receipt to my bookkeeper or a istant. She tra fers the information from the receipt to the tax log. (You may choose to do this yourself) Now my meal records are audit-proof.

Auto Mileage - The log should contain the following information: Date, starting mileage, ending mileage. Once again, you can use any level of technology you prefer.

Travel - Keep your plane tickets, parking and cab receipts (e . if over $75), and the workbook or literature provided to you by the seminar promoter. I also use the 5 question log above to document my travel expe es.

Su er Money - If the cost of the meal is le than $75, you don't need to keep a receipt. Because I often use the su er money deduction on my telecla nights, I always put the telecla info in my calendar. I usually pay cash for the meal and reimburse the money after the fact.

I enter my cash outlays regularly and every month or so, I have my book keeper cut me a reimbursement check. Keeping a good documentation system is a worthwhile investment. It makes you co cious of the deductio you would otherwise mi , it kee you organized and it kee you audit-proof. That's a great combination.

From the first moment the infant is a lied to the breast, it must be nursed upon a certain plan. Thi

From the first moment the infant is a lied to the breast, it must be nursed upon a certain plan. This is nece ary to the well-doing of the child, and will contribute e entially to preserve the health of the parent, who will thus be rendered a good nurse, and her duty at the same time will become a pleasure.

This implies, however, a careful attention on the part of the mother to her own health; for that of her child is e entially dependent upon it. Healthy, nourishing, and digestible milk can be procured only from a healthy parent; and it is agai t common se e to expect that, if a mother impairs her health and digestion by improper diet, neglect of exercise, and impure air, she can, neverthele , provide as wholesome and uncontaminated a fluid for her child, as if she were diligently attentive to these important points. Every i tance of indi osition in the nurse is liable to affect the infant.

And this leads me to o erve, that it is a common mistake to su ose that, because a woman is nursing, she ought therefore to live very fully, and to add an allowance of wine, porter, or other fermented liquor, to her usual diet. The only result of this plan is, to cause an u atural degree of fulne in the system, which places the nurse on the brink of disease, and which of itself frequently puts a stop to the secretion of the milk, i tead of increasing it. The right plan of proceeding is plain enough; only let attention be paid to the ordinary laws of health, and the mother, if she have a sound co titution, will make a better nurse than by any foolish deviation founded on ignorance and caprice.

The following case proves the correctne of this statement:

A young lady, confined with her first child, left the lying-in room at the expiration of the third week, a good nurse, and in perfect health. She had had some slight trouble with her ni les, but this was soon overcome.

The porter system was now commenced, and from a pint to a pint and a half of this beverage was taken in the four and twenty hours. This was resorted to, not because there was any deficiency in the su ly of milk, for it was ample, and the infant thriving upon it; but because, having become a nurse, she was told that it was usual and nece ary, and that without it her milk and strength would ere long fail.

After this plan had been followed for a few days, the mother became drowsy and di osed to sleep in the daytime; and headach, thirst, a hot skin, in fact, fever supervened; the milk diminished in quantity, and, for the first time, the stomach and bowels of the infant became disordered. The porter was ordered to be left off; remedial measures were prescribed; and all symptoms, both in parent and child, were after a while removed, and health restored.

Having been accustomed, prior to becoming a mother, to take a gla or two of wine, and occasionally a tumbler of table beer, she was advised to follow precisely her former dietetic plan, but with the addition of half a pint of barley-milk morning and night. Both parent and child continued in excellent health during the remaining period of suckling, and the latter did not taste artificial food until the ninth month, the parent's milk being all-sufficient for its wants.

No one can doubt that the porter was in this case the source of the mischief. The patient had gone into the lying-in-room in full health, had had a good time, and came out from her chamber (comparatively) as strong as she entered it. Her co titution had not been previously worn down by repeated child-bearing and nursing, she had an ample su ly of milk, and was fully capable, therefore, of performing the duties which now devolved upon her, without resorting to any unusual stimulant or su ort. Her previous habits were totally at variance with the plan which was adopted; her system became too full, disease was produced, and the result experienced was nothing more than what might be expected.

The plan to be followed for the first six months. Until the breast- milk is fully established, which may not be until the second or third day su equent to delivery (almost invariably so in a first confinement), the infant must be fed upon a little thin gruel, or upon one third water and two thirds milk, sweetened with loaf sugar.

After this time it must obtain its nourishment from the breast alone, and for a week or ten days the a etite of the infant must be the mother's guide, as to the frequency in offering the breast. The stomach at birth is feeble, and as yet unaccustomed to food; its wants, therefore, are easily satisfied, but they are frequently renewed. An interval, however, sufficient for digesting the little swallowed, is obtained before the a etite again revives, and a fresh su ly is demanded.

At the expiration of a week or so it is e entially nece ary, and with some children this may be done with safety from the first day of suckling, to nurse the infant at regular intervals of three or four hours, day and night. This allows sufficient time for each meal to be digested, and tends to keep the bowels of the child in order. Such regularity, moreover, will do much to obviate fretfulne , and that co tant cry, which seems as if it could be allayed only by co tantly putting the child to the breast. A young mother very frequently ru into a serious error in this particular, co idering every expre ion of uneasine as an indication of a etite, and whenever the infant cries offering it the breast, although ten minutes may not have ela ed since its last meal. This is an injurious and even dangerous practice, for, by overloading the stomach, the food remai undigested, the child's bowels are always out of order, it soon becomes restle and feverish, and is, perha , eventually lost; when, by simply attending to the above rules of nursing, the infant might have become healthy and vigorous.

For the same reason, the infant that slee with its parent must not be allowed to have the ni le remaining in its mouth all night. If nursed as suggested, it will be found to awaken, as the hour for its meal a roaches, with great regularity. In reference to night-nursing, I would suggest suckling the babe as late as ten o'clock p. m., and not putting it to the breast again until five o'clock the next morning. Many mothers have adopted this hint, with great advantage to their own health, and without the slightest detriment to that of the child. With the latter it soon becomes a habit; to induce it, however, it must be taught early.

The foregoing plan, and without variation, must be pursued to the sixth month.

After the sixth month to the time of weaning, if the parent has a large su ly of good and nourishing milk, and her child is healthy and evidently flourishing upon it, no change in its diet ought to be made. If otherwise, however, (and this will but too frequently be the case, even before the sixth month) the child may be fed twice in the course of the day, and that kind of food chosen which, after a little trial, is found to agree best.
